＊About a ketone body

  I describe a ketone body in reference to “ A ketone body relieving the human” that it is a book of Dr. Tetsuo Muneta.   In an energy source necessary for the human body, there are glucoce and a ketone body.   It is effective against diet and diabetes to become the constitution to use the ketone body.   Furthermore, it is effective in the prevention of cancer and improvement of dementia.   A ketone body is an important nutrient of the brain.   The increase of the ketone body can dissolve lack of neuronal energy.   In addition, it may control synapse functional decline.   In the daily meals, we reduce carbohydrates (rice, wheal) and should increase protein (meal, fish, egg, soybean).

  About 6.2g of protein is included in one egg(50g).   Furthermore, cholesterol, iron, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B2, pantothenic acid, biotin,and niacin are included in one egg.   80% of internal cholesterol are manufactured from liver.   Therefore, Blood cholesterol level and the intake of the egg do not have the direct relations.   About 210mg of cholesterol is included in one egg.
