Shotcrete machine is a kind of mechanical equipment mainly used for shotcrete operations such as tunnels, underground works, slope protection, etc. The types of shotcrete machines used for different construction requirements are also different. According to the different methods of adding water to the concrete mixture, the shotcrete machine can be divided into three types: dry shotcrete machine, wet shotcrete machine and semi-dry dual-purpose shotcrete machine in between. 1. Dry shotcrete machine
The dry concrete shotcrete machine has reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. In addition, the working air pressure is low, the conveying distance is long, the process equipment is simple, the pulse is small, and the dry mix can be stored for a long time. The dry shotcrete machine needs a certain proportion of cement and aggregate. After mixing evenly, the compressed air is blown to the nozzle and the pressure water from the pressure water tank is mixed and sprayed out. This method is simple in construction method and fast in speed, but the dust is too large, and the loss of rebound of the ejected material is large.
2. Semi-dry shotcrete machine
The semi-dry shotcrete machine is based on the process of dry shotcrete machine, to overcome some deficiencies, technical performance has been significantly improved, but the two structures are basically the same. The concrete mix used by the dry and wet shotcrete machine is a damp material with a moisture content of 5% to 8% (by volume). When this material is sprayed, the dust is reduced, and it is not sticky to the tank due to its less adhesiveness than the wet material.
3. Wet shotcrete machine
Compared with the dry type, the main advantage of the wet type shotcrete machine is that before the concrete enters the machine, enough water has been added to the concrete mix. Through the control of the water-cement ratio, the material is fully mixed to achieve the purpose of concrete hydration, and the dust content during the spraying process is low, and the amount of rebound is also reduced, which is an ideal spraying method.
